Ladies triple ring bike

My wife is after a new road bike and she prefers a triple chainset. She has been riding a Spesh Dolce and would like to step it up a bit to around the £1000 mark with Shimano 105 kit. Any ideas?

Ultegra but triple available if required. Nice light bike but no flowers or pink decals. Much cooler if you ask me.0
