Upgrading..

What you all think, I've got a '12 Spesh Allez comp and looking to upgrade it firstly with some Mavic Cosmic Elite's then Pro carbon seat post and Pro carbon stem and carbon ergo bars.
Will i notice a better ride? Should i upgrade in that order? Or not bother and keep it stock?

Unless you really serious about biking and your fitness is top notch, the only real improvement you will notice is the wheels , buy them fit them and you will add speed straight way . Tyre choice is a major point to.

Agree with above - wheels & tyres for performance.

The only reason I'd change finishing kit & contact points is comfort eg moving to shallow drop bars, shorter stem or better fitting saddle.
