A quick straw poll inspired by a few minutes break yesterday evening at Cannock during which every bike that went past had 26" wheels.

If you've got bikes with different sized wheels you can choose more than one option. Just curious as to what the BikeRadar massive are actually riding.

Try spending some time at an Enduro event, there'll be lots of 29ers about then...

All 3 of mine are 26" as is my commuter, as are my daughters MTB and commuter, the sons MTB and the other daughters MTB and the wifes MTB, parts compatability is a great thing!

    So that's 9x26", 0x650B and 0x29er!
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

one 26er and when i'm back from Algeria (where it's currently raining! WTF!!) and get a decent bonus from work I'm off to the Canyon website to buy a 29er

(oh and a road bike, but I'm embarrassed about that)

Mine are all 26". Can't really see that many advantages in 29".

I kind of see it like cinema trying to reinvent films by using 3D. It works for some things and not others but most of the time it makes no difference and leaves you thinking 'what is the point'?

3 bikes all 26". And a set of 26" Flows waiting for the next 26" frame.

...too many 26" inner tubes and tyres hanging around to change. The 2 different valve types p1sses me off enough as it is!
