I am struggling to send a PM I have done it before but they are not now sending I must be doing something wrong can anyone assist please

They stay in the outbox until the recipient reads them.

I cant send PM's - Why not, Ive been a user for some time?

Newly registered users (those who have posted less than 10 posts) are unable to send private messages. Once you have posted 10+ times your account automatically changes to a 'Registered User' account and allows PMs.
