Hi guys I have just taken delivery of my Focus Izalco Pro and wanted to know if Ultegra wheels would be an upgrade on the Fulcrum WH-CEX 6.5 it comes with?

Cheers

Define upgrade first. For some upgrade mean more aero, for other it means lower weight, for others it means longer spoke life, for some it means ease of service/repair and for other it mans all of the above. So define upgrade and we can help.

Dave, you are not making it easy here! Better is a subjective concept. Best to explain what you don't like about the stock wheels and then folks can give advice based on that. What do you want out of a new wheelset that you aren't getting already?

    Pk, that's terrible!
  • Ultegra 6700. Didn't think it was a hard question to be fair. I can't find the Fulcrums on any site and just thought the ultegra wheels would go with the Di2 groupset on the bike. However if they are no better or worse performance wise I will stick with the Fulcrums.
