Frame crack

I realise its difficult to advise without seeing in person but, what is the collective knowledge on this:

I'm hoping its lacquer, but it does feel/look like a crack to me.
It is right behind the bottom bracket between the chain stays.
I've no warranty as it was new, but bought from a individual and not a shop, so second hand applies really. frame has done about 600miles!

Any idea what I can do, rub it er only down with Wet & dry see if it is lacquer only?

Just looks like a paint crack - bottom brackets of carbon frames are hugely over-built and there is no join in the structure at this point. Keep an eye on it to see if it grows, but I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Thats what I'm hoping for. I'll ride it hard for a while and see how it develops...
