I want to swap out the silver ones which are getting a bit rusty on it but am looking for 4 BLACK bolts which dont cost much, anybody know where I can pick them up at the right price ?

Have a look on EBay, you can pick bolt sets up for a few quid but make sure that you buy the correct length bolt.

Try Yellow Pages for nut and bolt stockists in your area.

Unless you use stainless steel or titanium, you'll still have a problem with corrosion. You can get chemically blackened stainless fasteners, but not seen them for bike applications. Regular black 'japanned' finish will rust in no time.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    Seen these on eBay

Not very pretty though and I'm guessing they'll rust? You can also get alu black ones, but they'll be too soft.

The ones I purchased off eBay were a black titanium, they replaced the original bolts on a 3T stem, these rusted and the only way to stop that would be to pack the heads with grease.

how cheap do you want to go, given that the principal job of these bolts is to hold the bars in place ?? You can't even see them when you're riding anyway.

Go stainless steel. Best all-round option and you can get them from any machine supplies store.

I could make whatever you want stainless, ally, titanium... But for 4 I would charge around £35 per bolt :( lol

I could even laser etch your name on them!!!
