5"5 frame size

Will a 54cm frame fit a 5"5 teen? if so, How long as im growing?

    I'm 5'9'' and always ride a 54cm conventional frame. I'm not growing though (upwards anyway).
    I'd guess you'd be more a 52cm but bikes and people do vary of course.
