Colon: when will it stop.

Does anyone else feel that colons (:) are over-used by TV production companies, seeking to name their shows for extra dramatic effect.
Are there any shows that could do with pepping up with a bit of colonic irrigation?

I was going with 5:12 am being the time CrunchyToes posted, but your interpretation is soooo much funnier!

In hindsight, the new 5:12 diet, eat sensible for 5 days pig out for 12, actually I think some here are already on this

I think for many the 5:12 diet consists of 5 days of unsustainable calorie restriction*, followed by 12 months of eating excessive quantities of sh1te.

* usually in mid january when the last of the Quality Street have gone, or the week immediately before the annual trip to Benidorm.
