Carbon Pad and Shoe Combinations

Just got a set of 50mm clinchers and was given some Ashima carbon pads with the build.
Needing some shoes I went to LBS and brought some Clarks brake shoes which do not fit, not by much but there not going to go in unless I start shaving some off the pad.
Happy to get new pads as the old ones didn't cost but not sure if I can only buy Clarks pads now, if I go for some Swiss, will these fit?
