New wheels / Evans Cycles

I have a 25 years service award coming up, and rather than opt for the usual watch, electrical item, etc. I chose to have vouchers for Evans Cycles (£500). Consequently I will be looking to upgrade the R500 wheels that I currently have. I was looking at the Cole brand that Evans stock, with the Rollen Elite or C24. They appear to have decent reviews, but does anybody have any other recommendations for a wheelset around the £300 mark ?

Sell the Evans vouchers and get a nice set of hand built wheels for a good wheel builder e.g. Wheelsmith

I have the fulcrum Quattro and I'm very impressed with them. They seem to maintain speed very well. A good all round wheel.

Only downside is the may be quite heavy but to be honest that's not a huge concern to me
