British Cycling kit - release date

I had read that the new kit was supposed to be available in Feb/March but there's no sign of it anywhere. Has anyone seen it for sale anywhere or know when the release date is now meant to be?

I spoke to a guy at cycle surgery who said that it was being delivered to adidas 11/3/13, then due to be with stockists approx 18/3/13
