Changing Groupset - Advice please

I am looking to change groupsets on one of my bikes. I have a Cube Agree GTC the same spec as this one...

Apart from mine is a tripple. I have been having real problems with the tripple, not only is it heavy and clunky but I am always having to tweek it as the gears seem to be all over the place. Also I find no use for a tripple anymore.
So I wanted to change this set-up to the Sram Apex groupset, I think the white one would look great and I have been enjoying the double tap shifters.
having little knowledge of tech I wondered if I would come up against any problems with doing this, i would like to have a go at doing it myself but not sure if the cassette would fit the wheels or if i have to do anything with the BB.
Any help would be welcome.
Many thanks
Chris

Chris,
The SRAM cassette will go on your Shimano freehub and you'll probably find a lot of your shifting issues will go with a double chainset, triples don't like the shorter chainstays on a race bike over a more leisure/touring frame.Neil
