Switching from 9 to 10 speed?

Hi, I'm pretty sure this has been asked previously and I've done some research but keep getting different answers...
My ultegra 6501 r/hand 9-speed shifter on my winter bike has finally packed up (after 13 yrs so did pretty well?) and I have bought nearly new 105 10-speed shifters to replace. I will obviously need to get new 10-speed chain and cassette but will I need new rear derailleur also? Everything else from the original ultegra groupset is still working fine, v scratched but fine. Thanks.
