What is this - Canyon Tech Question

Sorry everyone, this will probably seem like a daft question but having recently put together my bike, there is one part of it im not sure about. There is a small hole just before the stem, i was given a tool to adjust this but with no indication what it would do. Next to the hole are 3 lines and a small arrow, the arrow is currently pointing to the middle line.

Could anyone let me know what this is please as I don't know if it needs adjusting. Don't want an accident while im out

That's how you adjust the i-Lock headset. If you got the frame from Canyon it would have been set up properly to start with, so you can leave it as is. These headsets allow you to remove and adjust the stem without having to touch that screw.

Great thanks for that, yes I got it from Canyon so i will leave it alone.
