Ultegra or Rotor 3DF crankset

I'm considering changing my Ultegra 53/39 crankset to a compact and have been looking at the various options and I'm currently undecided between the Ultegra 6750 (£165ish from crc) and the Rotor 3DF (£195 from Planet X)
I understand that the gains from crankset are marginal but as I'm already spending the money to change to a compact which would be the better option and is the rotor version worth the additional £30?
My bike is non bb30
Thanks

Yes it is worth the £30, but thought they'd sold out
edit- just checked, 23 in stock0 -
No still showing in stock.
I assume they should be compatible with my bike (kuota kebel with english thread bb) especially as it comes with its own bb without any other adaptors?0 -
Ultegra compact crank sets are £118.75 at Merlin with an Ultegra bottom bracket. Only 172.5 left in stock. I got one a couple of weeks ago, very easy to fit and super happy with my purchase.0
