Should I be worried?

Pictures below to see my problem. I know it looks like I overtightened the seatpost... but I was always very careful not to do this so I don't really understand whats going on.

I have ridden it a few times since I noticed it and it has not increased in size... so it might just be the paint job I hope?

Anyway, I am going to take it to the shop soon but I wanted to see what you guys think.

    Take the post out and shine a light into the tube. Can you see any sign of a crack on the inside? If not, probably just lacquer.

    As above - if its just the lacquer is an easy fix to do at home.
    Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.
