Trek - Return

Has anyone returned a bike to trek, i can't attach a second bottle cage (the fixing is spinning round in the tube) and needs to back to trek to repair. Keen to understand the experience / timescales etc?

    take it back to the shop. it is for them to sort it out. might be shop fixable.

    The bottom bracket shell broke in my carbon trek a few years back. I took it to my local Trek dealer (not the one I'd bought it from). By the afternoon they'd rung to find out what colour I wanted my replacement frame in and had it with me within three weeks (and was an upgrade from a 5200 to a Madone). Great service from both Trek and the local dealer, hopefully they'll be just as helpful with your issue.
