Ghost shifts and rattles

In my infinite wisdom I decided to renew/pimp my gear and brake cables with some nice Yokozuna ones as the reviews I red were very impressive. While I was at it I changed the chain and cassette from Ultegra to 105 plus added some bling with CNC jockey wheels and Token CNC barrel adjusters. It all looks great but I've done a good few miles with the new set up and I have to keep having to adjust the barrel adjuster for the rear gears as I get the odd ghost shift about 10 miles in and a bit of chain click as if it's between shifts. Once adjusted its ok for a while.
Could it be that my none stretch cables are stretching as they bed in or could the barrel adjusters that are not staying put or something else. I am happy the derailleur has been set correctly.
I have not ridden the bike for a few months and would like to get it running right when the nice weather comes.
Cheers

TBH I'm not sure how much 'stretching' cables really do. They typically run in PTFE or nylon liners; as the liners wear the path taken by the cable becomes a little shorter.
However, in your case it sounds like something else is moving around. Check that your mech hanger is straight and the cable clamp is done up tightly enough.- - - - - - - - - -

Will do, thanks for the advice. If that does not work I may put the old jockey wheels and barrel adjusters back on and see if that is any better.0
