Rear wheel bearings?

Quick question, my back wheel has a 3mm side ways movement if I hold it at the top and wiggle it. Can I tighten up the bearings at all? If so is it easy to do? If not what do I need to do to stop the movement?
My wheels are Campag Neutron Ultra's.
Thanks for any advice!

  • Be careful that its not the flex in the spokes that are giving you the 3 mil movement. I take it you are holding the tyre whilst moving it Side to side? Only my Mavic wheels have decent flex in them.

Thanks for the replies, and the link to the Campagnola site. I'm pretty sure it is the bearings and not the flex of the spokes as when I move the wheel, the hub moves as well as the rim.
