eBay power tap bargain?

Ok guys, so I stuck a speculative bid on this, went out for a cycle, came back and I won it at a very reasonable price, I was expective for it to go for a LOT more.

Am I missing something? Or is it just a case of it not being picked up by folk's searches as he didn't say powertap? Or is it the low feedback and country of origin (Bulgaria?)

Just trying to work out whether or not I got a monster bargain or missed out on something?

You've bought it from Bulgaria FFS - not too many people want to bother with the potential hassle of that. It may of course work out fine with no problems and good luck with that but it's not for everybody - hence the reasonable price.

True, but I didn't think I would get close to winning it at even £100 more.

I figure I'm covered by ebay should he not bother to send and being in the EU there is no import duty.
Just wondering if it was meant for a MTB or something as I've seen they go for a good bit less.

Now to try and work out what I'm going to lace it to!

I've been reading about those powermeters that go on your shoes, that could be an option.

looks OK as long as its genuine... a worry is that they havent said if its a Shimano or Campag freehub, which does ring an alarm bell for a product like this, but those are £50 each so worst case you need to source the right one. Assuming it comes and actually works OK then you've probably got a good deal.

Thanks for your thoughts. I saw the shimano hub on it in the picture. The guy has bought 20 things in the last month including things today so it's unlikely his account has been hacked.
Guess I will just have to wait and see!
