Just realise I have these on my bike:

But before I thought about what would fit on them, Iwent and bought a pair of these, thinking they would fit together (I wasn't really thinking, I just assumed 'ultegra pads, replace with DA, no problem')

Which is the best option? I have ultegra 6500 brakes currently and was actually quite happy with the old simple ultegra brake blocks. They only cost £7 a pair so hardly break the bank.

However I also now have these bloody DA pads I need to either return or buy some brake shoes for them.

Can anyone recommend which is the better option and if its new brake shoes, where I can get some reasonably priced ones?
Thanks

just get some swissstop greens - your bike, rims, and braking time will thank you.

Yeah but as pointed out I have no brake shoes to put them in. Can I get them with their own shoes? Where from?

yeah, you can get them with holders. Best bet though is probably to buy a set of aztecs that come with the cartridge holders, and then slot in the DA ones you've bought and hang on to the aztecs for spares.

Couple of sets of these £15 - solved.
