If you Google "DIY Headset Press" you will get plenty of results which basically involve a length of 10mm threaded studding, a couple of nuts and some big washers.
Cheap headset presses are from about £30Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0 -
I used to worry about swapping my BB30 bearings then a mate showed me how to do it -
A hammer and a piece if wood, support the frame and knock them out, line up the new bearing and tap them in, I was slightly nervous the first time I did it but it's a doddle.0 -
go ebay buy a M30 bolt about 200mm long
get a set of butter fly M30 nuts and washers...you are done! total cost £13
sorry M30 isn't available but M24 should be fine

Instead of ebay go down the local hardware shop - save even more money as no postage/pay pal fees and support your local.
