Spd pedals and helmet.

Could anyone explain or give examples of spd pedals I could use with my shoes I think there shimano mt32 please.
£30 ish
Also could anyone recommend cheap decent helmets I've heard spiuk but would like other opinions £50-60

If your shoes are shimano mt32 or similar, as you suggest. They will have a two-bolt fixing system, with either a cleat attached or two slots running along the ball of the foot area.
