Forgot to say it came in at 28.7lbs which is pretty good for a 29er with 5" travel.

Yep got mates over there now.
I take it you prefer 29er more than the 26 type.

Yeah sure do, the Evolution was my first and I love it, it's an amazing bike and a big step up from the Epiphany which I'm guessing is due to the 29er

Am going to get the brake cables changed on it as I fitted it with superstar ones and I'm really not happy with them, anyone else had issues? They just feel spongy and not great at all and they have been bled loads of times! Think I will replace them with goodridge ones, also need to get the steerer cut down - finally!! Them off to Affan on Sunday!

I doubt the superstar hoses are causing the problem.

So now I have the Lynskey up and running I'm going to ditch the triple chainring, for 1x10 XTR with an E13 chain device, should be taking the parts off tonight and getting the new bits ordered. Had a great ride on it on Saturday, finally got the shock/tyre pressures right and loving riding it.

Awesome! Another Ellsworth in the catcher. Very nice build. Looks like it can do pretty much everything from taking some abuse to putting in long miles.
