Possibly thinking of buying a cervelo s2 frame (wish I hadn't sold my last one). I currently have a 2012 trek madone how many parts could I use to put on that frame (will update as time goes on) currently running 105 front end. (Will the parts from the crank etc fit straight into cervelo frame? If not could someone please advise me what I would need & cost I may incur.the other option is that I sell the madone ( I currently have it advertised) and use the money to get some 2nd hand bits & bobs with aprox £1000 to spend? Thanks in advance or any replies

your need new cables...inside and out. If the bottom bracket is a B-right one your need the correct crank or adapter...my R5 was a bit of a bugger with that, but my S2 has a standard BS bottom bracket fitment so straight forward. but all the rest will transfer over without a problem.
