I ordered items Nov 2nd to arrive early Dec, After missing the birthday they where intended for and Christmas Im pretty pissed off.
I emailed them a few weeks ago and got no reply.
Just checked the tracking number and it now says this....
You entered:
Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on November 03, 2012 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item. Additional information for this item is stored in files offline.
You may request that the additional information be retrieved from the archives, and that we send you an e-mail when this retrieval is complete. Requests to retrieve additional information are generally processed momentarily.

Terrible company to deal with and I wont be ordering again, I've sent them another email today, Wish I'd never bothered with them.

i've bought from them, not had any problems

usps can be a bit random at the best of times, shipping times coming up to christmas will be even worse as the system fills up with fruitcake and other seasonal packages

fwiw i've had stuff via usps arrive after extended delays, once the parcel was delivered in an old usa post sack!

I got a "welcome to Hoogerland: population Heroes" t shirt when a forum member offered to get a job lot of them a while back. They were from Stomach of Anger. Delivery from the US was a little slow in the end, but it is a GREAT t shirt so didn't mind waiting 8) Importantly they are excellent quality and after many many washes it still looks good...

Got one of the WW t-shirts from them. They were fine - a little slow as they underestimated demand.

You could also try emailing USPS if they provided you with a reciept# or tracking#. The notification you recieved just confirms that SOA printed a shipping label but has not actually given the package to USPS. If they have a record of picking up the package they can usually locate it's last processing point.
