JE James vs Merlin

Hi there,

About to buy a new set of wheels - normally buy through Wiggle, but they're pricier than JE James and Merlin. Never used either of them before, so I was just wandering if anyone's got any preference over either of them. Be good to hear your thoughts.

    Both very good, I've been to the JE James shop in Chesterfield as well.

    bought from Merlin before - no issues. Think they are both reputable.

    Good experience with both. But Merlin my preference due to really speedy delivery.

    Merlin, JE James are VERY hit and miss.

    Thanks everyone, I'm sure they are both as good as each other, probably go for Merlin.

    +1 for Merlin, always helpful on the phone as well as having good prices and quick delivery. JE James quite often seem to advertise items as Low Stock at the best prices, and then say they're unable to supply. Happened to me a couple of times now...

    JE James website may as well be a work of fiction, IME it is *weeks* out of date. If you see a good price on it, most times they won't have it in stock.
