Much of an upgrade from 2012 Defy 5 to 2013 Defy 2???

I am thinking of upgrading my 2012 Giant Defy 5 to 2013 Giant Defy 2. Can someone with more knowledge than me tell me what benefits or better components etc would be on the Defy 2.
