Frameset Deals in USA please

Speaking to a guy in USA who's looking for a Frameset, I was pointing him at things like S-Works Tarmac SL3/4 or a Cervelo R5VWD or Ridley Helium SL... those kind of things...
Being in the UK, can see VWDs still going at £1750 etc, but can anyone in the USA point me at any good deals on framesets of this nature, not aero ones, light frames good for light build/climbing.
If anyone over there has any good links I could pass on Id be most grateful, over here Id know the websites to look out on, but over there I have no idea and neither does he really.

(OH, importantly, sizing, looking for something with about a 545mm Effective Top-Tube or within a few mm, 540mm min and 550mm top Id think, so a 54 in Cervelo for instance)
