A cheap and basic turbo trainer ?

Always resisted buying one due to the boredom of using same, but some of these days are just too cold and I suppose a 1hr good hard workout on a trainer in my garage is better than nowt. Must be cheap but do the job....any suggestions ?

Easy to set up and use, and bonus that it came with a reasonable DVD which is good for motivation
