i got one of these http://www.tracksupermarket.com/index.p ... cts_id=675 when i was in Condor cycles in London - comes as a single in 8mm - fits my Pddy wagon and my Argon 18 Electron - expensive but VERY GOOD - I can't see it on the Condor website tho...
it is a CA-MX10 (for dropout thicknesses 8mm, and for a axle spindle of 10mm.

it is not the NJS one for 5mm, which is sold in pairs and is for steel frames. (though it might fit the PW) - see here http://velosolo.co.uk/mkstug.html

setting hain tension is easy without tugs anyway so why bother.

    Helpful that!

I race BMX and having the correct chain tension is crucial, otherwise if it comes off approuching a take off you will end up in hospital, FACT

    try phoning condor? http://www.condorcycles.com
They had an awesome range of stuff in the shop... and all of it is not on their website.... they had both the 5mm (as a pair) and the single 8mm on the shelf. they might be able to sort you out on the dog & bone.
The MKS is allows a super fine micro adjust on the tension - it is really well made.

My chain has never come of and no chain tugs and I ride a paddy wagon too amonst other things. Also I ride single speed MTB's and I also have never lost a chain even when jumping. I also have no tugs on them.

Really they are not necessary. Chain tugs just make setting chain tension a bit easier. I do it all by hand and just pull the wheel back and tightenen each nut up a bit to stop the wheel moving. Normally works first time round. I would get used to setting it by hand as it means you need to carry less with you and need to spend less money on the bike.

However Brick Lane Bikes will do a variety and with there distribution arm Big Mama it is possible for every shop to do them.

For regular fixed gear riding, I've never had the need for chain tugs in 20 years - they also make getting the wheels off/on a real faff. I can see the use if you're a Keirin rider or have problems with the hub nuts gripping.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
