help choosing bike between 2

Hi all my work is doing the bike scheme and I am currently torn between 2 bikes so a little friendly advice and Knowledge would go a long way here.
I currently have a Giant TCR but she is getting old know the groupset is SRAM which I love butfind it hard in the price range to find another bike with a SRAM group set, I am know stuck for time as the scheme closes friday and I need to get my forms in on which shop to choose for my voucher these are my 2 choices although advice on a better deal would be cosidered.
