First run on new Cinelli and first 50 up - a good day

A few weeks ago I picked up a Cinelli Saetta Sprint 105 from Wiggle when they were knocking them out for £1000 - too good an offer to turn down. After a couple of weeks of fiddling around and ordering bits and bobs I took it for its first proper run today.
Headed out from Bristol to Clevedon, despite trying to take it easy I found myself fairly flying along, the bike is amazingly nimble compared to what I am used to (Genesis Croix der Fer).
On the way back I still felt pretty good so decided to keep going - by the time I got home I had managed exactly 50.0 miles exactly according to Strava, my first 50 mile ride achieved completely by mistake

Averaged 16 mph which I am very happy with, and the bike was super comfy, no aches or pains other than my jellyfied legs!
Hope everyone else managed a good day out today

I brought the Cinelli Experience with Campag 6 months back and absolutely love it. Fantastic bike for the money.0

And there was me thinking I could use the excuse of not hitting 50 miles, yet, on the colder weather.
Nice riding, Jotko.0 -
Cheers guys
After fully charging before I left, my geriatric iphone 3GS had 3% battery left when I limped home, I think I may need to ask Father Christmas for a Garmin....!strava - http://app.strava.com/athletes/1217847

I've found Strava terrible with battery life; I've been using CycleGPS and it uses up a good 20 percent when out for a 2+ hour ride. All of the info records perfectly as well.
But I mean, you could just use an odometer for your bike and forget strava all together; I found that I had no real reason to use it.0
