Hello, I'm about to buy some cleats for my road bike. I can't decide between SH10 (no float) and SH11 (6 degrees of float)
If it helps, I'm a mountain biker and have been using EggBeaters on my mountain bike for a couple of years. They've been on my road bike for the last month due to a lack of road cleats.
Any help would be appreciated.

If the no float cleats are not adjusted perfectly it can lead to knee pain.
