Metal light bracket

Need a couple of these, I have two already but want to use two lights on each bike for extra visibility.

What are these called? And where to get them?

    The plastic bit looks like a Smart LED Bracket Rear for 403/405/603/317/318 but I've not seen the alloy bracket, presume that's a custom job?
