if the paint is blistering there may be corrosion going on under there

i'd take off the calipers, give it all a clean, use some fine abrasive to take off the bubbled paint and check if it's just cosmetic or if there's any sign of deeper trouble - galvanic corrosion can damage aluminium pretty fast, especially if spray from salted roads gets in there

try a place that does touch up pots for cars, should be able to find a close enough match

clean, paint, dry, then grease the mounting bolt/nut/etc. before refitting the caliper
my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny
