Jet Fluid Pro problem

Hiya,
Noticed an awful grinding noise coming from the my Jet Fluid Pro this evening (usually have headphones on but didn't tonight as in the house!) Feels like it's rubbing on something when I turn it by hand, and when you start putting some power through the cranks, it gets awfully loud and screeching - abandoned turbo session result!
I know these are usually rock solid and can't find anything from a google search. Anyone ever experienced anything like it or know a fix?
Had the turbo for my birthday last year which is nearly a year ago so fairly sure I'm well covered, but I want to back on it tomorrow!
