Campagnolo Veloce 2012 Ergos rebuild

Hi,
The left front shifter of my Campagnolo Veloce 2012 Ergos shifters has stopped working.
Does anyone know if it's possible to take apart and rebuild?
If so, has anyone here done it or can you point me to an online guide?
I've been searching but I haven't found anything for the 2011/2012 campag front ergos.

There were some videos on youtube for the ultrashift ones.... 2010 I think. There should be similar to fix.

If it's a 2012 Ergo it will still be under warranty.
If you contact http://www.velotech-cycling.ltd.uk/campagnolo.shtml
they should be able to help. I had one of my 2011 Record Ergos repaired free of charge earlier in the year.

I would not attempt to have a go yourself.

I did have a go myself and took the whole thing apart without a guide, Managed to get it back together again. However, I need to get a spare part for it. Is there a parts catalogue online?
