That picture is an old version of the Cosmic Carbone, and its a slightly strange choice of tyre to include. I don't get the website, it infers you are buying these direct from a supplier or manufacturer?

I'd personally stay clear, there is a guy on eBay selling the new version for £499 quite regularly.

9 and 10 speed freehubs are the same thing, so yes, they are compatible. Any good? Depends what good is... good to go around the local common and show your mates? Yes, they are great... good to head out for a bumpy ride up the windy moors? No, they are not great.
For the average rider are largely superfluous, but if you get a very good price on them, why not... bear in mind they are Ksyrium with some advertising space (ehm, carbon fibre composite) glued over

Ah ok. Well if they are nine speed they will take a ten speed cassette, as both nine and ten take the same freehub body. In terms of vaue, I personally wouldn't want to pay much for and older, rather heavy wheelset. I wouldn't pay more than a couple of hundred quid for them.
