    Looks good - but rather like buying a book with the last few chapters missing, it'll not be the full story of his career, just his career up to now, brilliant though it has been.

    Alright, I'll probably end up buying it!

    Agreed. I like Cav, so I'll probably buy it as well. I do enjoy the 'behind the scenes' stuff.
