New bike or upgrade old one?

I've had my Cannondale Super Six since 2008 & have loved (almost) every mile ridden on it. But, I'm starting to get the new bike itch. Nothing much wrong with my bike just fancy a change. I've thought about getting some new wheels to inject some interest in my bike but, is it worth it for a 5 year old carbon bike?

Any thoughts?
