Colourfast failure on softshell jacket

The first wash of a new softshell jacket has resulted in the white trim turning grey, there's not that much white trim but what little there is has turned grey after the a 30 deg wash with non-bio.
When you spend £120 on a jacket and follow the washing instructions i'd expect colourfast.
I can put up with it because it doesn't effect the performance or fit, for vanity's sake how would i stand on a refund?

If you've followed the wash instructions, then I would be looking to get a refund. £120 is a fair bit of cash to spend so why should you accept the situation if you have followed the manufacturer's instructions?
