Does such a thing exist? I've seen oakley's hydrophobic coatings for sale but they strictly say not to be used with anti-fog coating simultaneously...

I use the hydrophobic pen on the outside of my Oakleys and the Muc Off anti-fog on the inside.
Both work a treat. Can't see why you would put them on the same side of the lens so haven't mixed them.0 -
Good point. Didn't think that through did I!0

At least you'll be able to see clearly now (as for thinking clearly - I struggle all the time)0 -
Spectacles lens make Essilor make an Anti-Fog coating that is activated with a spray. Most people find if you just use the spray it works pretty well. Most independant opticians should be able to get hold of some.
Hydrophobic coating are again pretty much standard on multi coated spec lenses however I get my lenses free and always have the best coating and they will still fog up if you are really pushing along on a cold day.0 -
I'm guessing you shouldn't mix em as both will affect surface energy of the plastic and thus surface tension of moisture forming, thats how they work. If they are different surfactant and oil/silicone systems then they could interfere witheachother and potentially reduce their efficiency. However I wouldnt get too hung up about it.0

The Anti-fog spray is specifically designed for use on hydrophobic coated lenses.0
