Frame sizing help

Really tempted by the deal on the Cervelo R5 VWD on Wiggle but they only have a 56cm or 61cm frame when i think i'd ideally go for a 58 - the same as my Trek 2.1
Looking at the geometry on the 61cm the reach is only 1.4cm longer than my trek and the top tube 2.4cm longer overall. Im at the top end of the 58cm trek in terms of Trek's recommended sizes anyway - im 6ft 2in and have an 89cm inside leg and 190cm arm span so im fairly long limbed.
Not got a great deal of experience riding different road bikes so would welcome opinions on whether i could make this work with the right stem and seatpost/saddle position and if going 1 bigger or smaller would be better? or should i just forget it

Pretty much same height and inside leg etc. I have a 58cm Cervelo which I ride with 12cm stem, this combination is pretty much spot on for me. 61cm would give too high a head tube for me and would not work. Could probably make a 56cm work with spacers and longer stem, but I think it is a compromise.0
