New front mech?

Hi, can anyone please point me at a new front mech for my 8 speed triple set up with 30/39/50 chainring. I've so far bought two - both wrong :(

Any help would be appreciated, as I'm clueless regarding road gearing, and I'm missing my road bike!

    To help anyone would need to know what brand of gears you're using, eg Shimano, what groupset and the diameter of the seat tube ... Or at least what kind of bike it's for to try and work these out

    Hi, my mistake I forgot to mention.....

    It's a braze on front mech for my giant SCR drop bar road bike
    8 speed cassette
    tiagra rear mech
    sora shifters
