Just ordered a few bits for my CX bike online but then had to call them for some advice on brakes and pads.
Spoke to Colin who was really helpful and even recommended a much cheaper alternative to what I was originally calling about (wanted to replace my crap canti brakes and pads), saving me about £40 in the process. Ordered the items over the phone and got some good advice too. Additional discount on a stem and free delivery was an added bonus
