Hi
Anybody used Promotion Dynamics for a bike fitting? Their based in the Spire Hospital Cardiff
I am having a few issues with my knees after buying a new bike and thought I would plunge for a bike and cleat fit.
Their not cheap at 225, but I need to get my position sorted as I can seam to do it.
Or can someone recommend someone else a bit cheaper.

Got you post via a Google search, I am considering using Pr Motion Dynamics in Cardiff. Just wondering whether you took the plunge and if so, would you recommend?
