Came in my new Aldi bike tool kit - it's the only thing I can't work out what it does.

    It's a spangle nut extractor.

    It fits on the 8mm allen key/lever and then fits into the BB removal tool and the cassette lock ring tool. Means you don't need to use a separate spanner on them.
