Identify this Bianchi?

Been offered this Bianchi by a friend for £200 without the rear derailleur. Won't be able to go and see it for a week or two so was wondering if anyone could tell me what model it is so I can find out a few things about it!

Any help appreciated.

    Well the paint job looks the same as Pantani used to have on his Bianchis - see here.

    It's an alloy replica of Mercatone Uno Bianchi, hence around 1998-1999.

    You might want to make sure the rear mech and chain are included. 8)
